General 

All orders placed with Leisure Vehicle Seating Limited are subject to the below terms and conditions of Sale. All descriptions, images and illustrations advertised on this website are intended to give the best possible illustration of the product, specifications may vary slightly to the final end product.

Pricing

All prices on the Website are final and subject to change without notice.

Payment

All payment will be taken at the point of order - no goods will be dispatched without complete payment first, any credit card payments are subject to security checks, we reserve the right to refuse any credit card transaction. 

Delivery

Delivery Charges are included in the cost of goods for all products unless stated otherwise on the products description. Delivery is to Mainland UK only, if you are an overseas customer please use the Contact Us page and we can quote you delivery costs to your specific delivery location.

Return of Faulty Goods

Discovery of a fault should be reported to LVS immediately, once the fault has been reported LVS can help facilitiate the return of the goods to them. All goods are checked prior to dispatch and any faults/damage caused by improper installation or modification will not be returnable. Any goods returned incomplete eg.- Packaging, items, components or accessories missing will not be replaced or credited. Any time lost or cost of labour cannot be refunded.

Cancellation of Orders / Return of Unwanted Goods.

The Customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of their contract with us, or 7 days of the receipt of the goods. All unwanted goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return for goods that have been ordered incorrectly. Where the customer has recieved the goods, the customer is responsible for the costs and arrangements of return carriage to LVS. The goods must be returned with all packaging, complete as they were sent. All items are none-returnable after 21 days from customer reciept of the order.

Custom Orders

All orders with bespoke custom upholstery not offered as standard on the website are None Returnable. These are classified as Custom orders and can not be returned by the customer unless there is a functional fault with the product which must alerted to LVS within 7 days of reciept of goods.
